A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Request for Qualifications Construction Engineering Services Black River WWTP The City of Lorain ("City") is requesting qualifications from professional services firms ("Firm") for Construction Engineering Services related to the Improvements of the Black River Wastewater Plant Digester. The selected engineer shall provide Construction Engineering Services (Construction Management) for the Improvements of one (1) Primary Digester and Ancillary Equipment. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm's current staff; the firm's experience in designing similar projects; project cost containment, availability of staff; the firm's equipment and facilities; project approach, references; and any previous work performed for The City of Lorain. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, The City of Lorain will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
