A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Canton may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. All Bidders are encouraged to carefully examine the specifications and other documents, visit the work site, and become fully informed as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or cost thereof. City of Canton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
