As of December 10,2020 project was awarded to Ramsey Asphalt Construction Corp, Santa Maria, CA amount of $86,999.00. Work is scheduled to be completed within 20 calendar days from mobilization. It should be starting next week. PROJECT SUMMARY The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and all necessary incidentals to remove and replace the asphalt pavement in Zones 1 and 2 and the van accessible parking stall of the Corporate Yard. The Corporate Yard is located at 635 Laguna Street, Santa Barbara, California, accessed via Cota Street. See Attachment A for permitted plans. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.
