Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to summer of 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City is seeking to retain the services of an experienced, knowledgeable and well established professional engineering consulting firm to provide design, bidding and construction phase services for the stormwater improvements for the 3300 - 3600 blocks of N. Flagler Drive and potentially water main improvements for 33rd St. It is imperative that this consultant have a proven track record of success on projects of similar scope and complexity. The contract resulting from this RFQ will be for design phase services, bid document preparation, contractor evaluation services, administrative services and construction phase engineering services. Contact by a Proposer (or anyone representing a Proposer) regarding this RFQ with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, or City employee other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Department, is grounds for disqualification.
