Renovation of a water / sewer project in Yonkers, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for the full roofing system replacement and select structural modifications to select buildings at the Yonkers Joint Water Resource Recovery Facility including the Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) Building, Blower Building, Administration Building, Dewatering Building, Truck Loading Platform, and Primary Access Buildings 1, 2 and 3. Work involved will address the replacement of all building roofing systems, resetting or replacement of coping stones, caulking of vertical joints, installation of safety railings, walking pads, brick repointing, repair or replacement of expansion joints and other related work as necessary at all buildings noted above. (Bid range: $4,000,000.00 to $4,800,000.00).
