Quetions are due by 23 Nov 2020 5 PM.The scope of work for this project consists of the rehabilitation of three sewage pumping stations. The three stations are located within the Township of Pemberton. Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from the Engineer, at the offices of ARH Associates, Inc., 215 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037 and accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Each Bid must state the name and address of person, firm and corporation interested in the same as a principal. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope, addressed to the Township Clerk, Township of Pemberton, 500 Pemberton-Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068 and identified as "Bid (#PT-7-2020) Replacement of Pump Stations #2, #4, #5" Due to COVID-19 masks are required when entering the Township Municipal Building. Please also adhere to social distancing requirements when in the Municipal Building. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or any authorized postponement thereof. Bids received after time and date designated shall not be considered. The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3 shall be adhered to on this project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27). Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written 'Notice to Proceed' by the Engineer and shall be completed within 150 calendar days from the date the written 'Notice to Proceed' is given, unless otherwise agreed to. This project is funded by Township Funds.
