The current BAS is in a state of decay and is unable to perform advanced control sequences. The City is collecting data from this project to help calculate energy efficiency measures associated with advanced control system sequences. The City is doing this by sub- metering every critical load in the building which will be used to calculate actualized savings from the various measures using the pre and post energy use data. The City will issue those findings to the CEC.
