This project will include a renovation of the outdoor plaza located on the east side of the Blackwell Inn Hotel on The Ohio State University's Columbus campus. The project will be using a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. A previous study was completed for the conceptual design and it will be provided to the shortlisted firms. The Blackwell Inn is located at 2110 Tuttle Park Place, Columbus, Ohio 43210. The current plaza at the Blackwell is approximately 13,500 SF with a concrete slab throughout. This project will design and construct a new pavilion and plaza in the area between The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Hall. The intent of the renovation is to create a vibrant new space for the University to host outdoor events and provide outdoor seating for the hotel guests.
