Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lake Bronson, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It shall not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Control of water and site dewatering for the project duration 2. Demolition of an existing concrete spillway, bridge, county road, and pedestrian trail 3. Construction of a seepage cutoff wall for the length of the dam that consists of approximately 115,000 SF of wall that extends to depths up to 85 feet. 4. Construction of a new reinforced concrete labyrinth spillway that is 125-feet wide and contains more than 5,800 CY of reinforced concrete. 5. Construction of a new low-level outlet consisting of a pre-fabricated concrete intake structure, 125 LF of 36 Dia. HDPE Pipe, and 2 stainless steel slide gates. 6. Earthwork including excavation for the new spillway and embankment construction. Total earthwork volumes exceed 150,000 CY. 7. Construction of a new bituminous county road and pedestrian trail along the crest of the dam. 8. Construction of a new county bridge over the new spillway
