Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $22,800 for H). Further, Wicks Exempt Projects require a completed form BDC 59 (Wicks Exempt List of Contractors) be filled out and submitted (included in a separate, sealed envelope) in accordance with Document 002220, Supplemental Instructions to Bidders - Wicks Exempt. Failure to submit this form correctly will result in a disqualification of the bid. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for H. The substantial completion date for this project is 379 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
