2020/2021 General Contractor Services for a New Police Station The Town of North Branford is seeking qualification statements and proposals for General Contractor Services for a New Police Station *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range is $8M-$9M. Each bidder shall submit, when requested by the Purchasing Agent, catalogs, descriptive literature and detailed drawings, fully detailing features, designs and construction necessary to fully describe the material or work he proposes to furnish. Addendum #1-#5 has been issued. The Town of North Branford (Town) is a municipality with a population of approximately 14,000 residents and is located in New Haven County. The North Branford Town Council has approved building a new police station across the street from the current location. The Town desires to engage a General Contractor (GC) to provide the services in support of the Project described in this Bid. Incorporated as part of Bid #3 are the Project Drawings, Volume 1 and Volume 2; Project Manual, Volume 1 and Volume 2.
