The project consists of a new 116,331 square foot, elementary school for the Oshkosh Area School District. Structure to be a combination of precast structural concrete, steel framing and masonry bearing walls with metal roof deck. Exterior wall systems include masonry cavity wall and composite metal panels over a combination of masonry and cold formed steel back-up constructions. Aluminum curtainwall, storefronts and entrances, and windows along with a built-up asphalt roofing completes the building shell. Interior construction includes CMU walls, metal framing and gypsum board, painting, overhead coiling doors, overhead coiling grilles, sectional doors, resinous matrix terrazzo flooring, wood gymnasium flooring, sliding glass partition, gymnasium equipment and scoreboards, and other finishes as indicated on the Contract Documents.
