NTCC Reserves the Right to Award Items Separately, Grouped or on an All-or-none Basis and to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informalities. NTCC Reserves the Right to Remove Line Items From the Award With 30 Day Notice When It is Deemed to Be to the Best Interest of the State
