The deadline was Friday, December 18, 2020 (12 Noon) EDT .The City of Stockbridge, GA is seeking the services of a qualified Utility Contractor to provide routine utility construction/repair/maintenance services on an as-needed basis. The scope of services will consist of tasks assigned as individual tasks during the contract period. The type of work may include, but is not limited to, repair and/or replacement of the following: wastewater collection system and related infrastructure, water distribution system and related infrastructure and storm water system and related infrastructure and any other repair activities to be determined by the City. The Contractor shall be compensated based on proposals provided for individual tasks and the unit prices included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). All work is to be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and Saturday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. No work shall be done on Sunday without written permission from the City. The City may reject all or part of the proposal within 60 days of proposal opening. The City of Stockbridge reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals, whole or any parts hereof, by item or group of items, by section or geographic area, or make multiple awards and be the final approval of proposal(s) selection which would be the most advantageous to the City with price and other factors considered.
