The Department of State (DOS), Office of the Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Office of Real Property Management anticipates awarding up to eight (8) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to qualified firms or teams to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for studies, new construction, and renovation projects at various locations in the United States. Most projects will be in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area; with some work at other Department of State facilities nationwide (e.g. U.S. Passport Agencies, Charleston Regional Center, etc.). Requests for clarification, technical and contractual, must be submitted, in writing to Mr. Donald Abamonte and CC Jennifer Leung by no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on January 11, 2021. The e-mail address to submit clarification questions is AbamonteDJ@state.gov AND LeungJB@state.gov. Clarifications and requests for information received after the deadline shall not be accepted. It is to be noted that NO Facsimile or Telephonic clarification requests will be entertained. All submissions listed in Stage 1, must be received by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on February 25, 2021. ONLY Electronic submissions/responses are accepted. All submissions must be E-mailed (Do NOT upload anything to a Third party website and send us the link. We are not authorized to download any documents from any third party websites). If the file(s) are too big, you may send us separate e-mails with the submission broken up into separate files, the subject e-mail shall say Stage 1 submission to 19AQMM21R0016, 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. Please e-mail the soft copies of your Stage 1 submission to Mr. Don Abamonte at AbamonteDJ@state.gov AND Ms. Jennifer Leung at LeungJB@state.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
