Site work for a water / sewer project in Dulles, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace existing underdrain pipe and stormwater inlet at Taxiway Z between Taxilanes B and C at Washington Dulles International Airport. The Contractor shal also regrade and replace disturbed grass. This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration. Estimated Dollar Value: $200,000 - $250,000 Project Duration: 95 days from Notice to Proceed Bond Requirements: 5% Bid, 100% Payment, 100% Performance Bidders planning to attend the site visit must register by sending an email to the Contracting Officer, Joe.Reca@mwaa.com no later than December 2, 2020 before 3:00 PM. Questions subsequent to the site visit must be submitted no later than the date and time set forth on the Solicitation Offer and Award Form, Block 5. All questions and answers will be posted online
