Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Repentigny, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 38,100-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; 4,050-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; parking garage; 360-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Construction of a building for the center for applied research in agriculture and plant production which will house all of its activities and will allow it to complete the development of its scientific programs. The new building will house meeting rooms, research rooms, cold and storage rooms, offices, laboratories, technical and service rooms. The scope of the project also includes the construction of a garage/warehouse and a building for pesticides storage and handling. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in an advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in spring 2022. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in mid-/late summer 2022.
