Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Crestview, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center.

As of August 24, 2022, there are no current plans for a project of this scope. The City of Crestview is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of a firm to complete a Master Plan Proposal for Foxwood Recreation Complex. Teams desiring to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for this project must demonstrate experience and qualifications in the tasks described above, and detailed within this RFQ, with appropriate experienced key personnel in the programming, master planning & design of a multiuse recreation complex and golf course. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
