Renovation of an educational facility in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remodel all 3 sets of bathrooms in building including locker rooms and replace certain sections of storefront windows. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project. QUESTIONS DEADLINE Friday, November 27, 2020 till 3:00 PM Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. Owner will perform certain construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. Architect will issue supplemental instructions authorizing minor changes in the Work, not involving adjustment to the Contract Sum or the Contract Time. Extent of electrical demolition work is indicated by drawings. Electrical demolition items are shown to give a basic description of the extent of demolition work, but may not be inclusive. Do not assume that the electrical drawings reflect as-built conditions. Visit and observe the project prior to submitting bid and determine extent of electrical demolition work.
