All demolition work required to provide a complete finished Project may not be indicated onDemolition Drawings. Refer to all sheets of Drawings and Specifications Sections to determine total scope of demolition work required.Remove and dispose of existing casework and related countertops, base material and plumbing fixtures where they occur (by Mechanical) where noted on Drawings. Patch floors and wall surfaces to remain which are affected by removal of casework.Except where VAT or other hazardous materials are noted on the Drawings to be removed byOwner, Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing resilient tile flooring and related adhesive. Use means and method necessary to remove all traces of adhesive using qualified and experienced persons. Coordinate with polished concrete finish provider.Remove and dispose or modify existing visual display boards where noted.Wall Finishes: Remove existing wall finishes noted to be removed and prepare substrate toreceive new wall finishes noted.Ceiling: Remove existing suspended acoustical panel ceilings noted to be removed and required to be removed to accommodate alterations work above existing ceilings. Reinstall existing ceilingcomponents after work above ceiling is completed, except when a new ceiling is noted to be provided. Where existing ceiling components are allowed to be reused and components are damaged, replace with new.
