upgrades to the Tiedeman Pond stormwater lift station including a new intake structure, intake piping, boardwalk replacement, and dredging within Tiedeman Pond. The work also includes: installation of a new pump within the existing wet well; replacement of valves and piping and construction of a new valve vault; new electric and pump controls, and remote control access. The work also includes installation of concrete maintenance pad, retaining wall, stairs and railing, and associated erosion and sedimentation controls and site restoration work. The City is flexible on scheduling this work, intended to be pursued sometime between January 4, 2021 and May 28, 2021 with substantial completion within 90 calendar days of starting. CONTRACTOR shall prosecute the work continuously once started. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a surety in a form acceptable to the City equal to at least 5% of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER.
