City of Malvern, Arkansas will accept separate sealed bids on a General Contract for A NEW FIRE STATION to be located at 712 W. Moline, Malvern, Arkansas. The extent of work will include the demolition of an existing fire station building, cut and fill of existing soils, the construction of a New Fire Station of approximately 13,664 SF and asphalt parking. The construction consists of slab on grade, 2 story wood construction with a standing seam metal roof that contains the Fire Department Dormitory and the Fire Department Administration.
