The Tarrant Regional Water District (The District) is seeking bids to procure services of a contractor to construct approximately 7,000 linear feet by 11 inch wide concrete trail (77,000 sqft) and three heavy equipment crossings. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the project. Respondents are responsible for obtaining all related documents including but not limited to future Addenda. The District will not be held responsible for failure of the Respondent to obtain all related documents. The Tarrant Regional Water District reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous response to the Request for Proposal and other parts of the Contract Documents, or any applicable Statute or Code.
