The Project consists of repainting of the 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Tank on Renaud Drive and making necessary repairs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 16 - Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 16 - Instructions to Bidders. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
