Renovation of a mixed-use development in Delhi, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Due to COVID-19, the bids for both projects will not be held in person, but will opened virtually via the following website: https://youtu.be/zcG-ii2eWIU The bid Opening will take place a 2:30PM. Sealed proposals in triplicate are sought and requested by the Board of Education, Delaware Academy Central School District , for a Capital Improvements Project at the Delaware Academy Central School District Elementary School, Middle High School and Bus Garage properties. As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality that, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
