**As of 01/07/2021, the project was awarded to SPECTRUM UNDERGROUND, INC. $377,755.75. The Englewood Water District is receiving sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed and qualified Utility Contractor capable of providing services in accordance with the specifications for the construction of a new wastewater force main to replace the existing main. Utility construction for the force main includes direct bury installation and a horizontal directional drill (HDD) under and across a portion of Lemon Bay. HDD will be from upland to upland (under Class II waters) in Charlotte County, FL. The last day for submitting questions is by 4:00 p.m., December 3 (Thu), 2020. Verbal requests for information will not be entertained.
