Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Waynesville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 33,000-square-foot, 155-bed detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is comprised of all sitework, micropiles, hardscapes and construction of a new 32,667 SF addition. The structure is comprised of a combination of CMU block, steel and prefabricated steel cells. This project is expected to be bid and awarded in 3rd quarter 2023 and start 4th quarter 2023 pending budget acceptance and approval.
