A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Effective Sept. 1, 2005, the Contractor shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, FL Statute, by certifying that all of its officers, agents or employees who may have direct contact with students or who come onto school property while students are present have completed the background screening required by the referenced statutes, and meet the standards established thereby. Effective June 1, 2002, only bids from Pre-qualified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents. The work includes concrete and masonry repair of the existing home and visitors football stadium seating at Tate High School in Cantonment, Florida as detailed on the drawings and as follows: 1. Repair of ten existing visitor stadium CMU walls includes removal of some face shells, grouting cells of existing CMU walls in two phases, clean, prep, & coat visitors stadium existing CMU walls 2. Removal and replacement of existing visitor's stadium precast double tee end caps with repair mortar 3. Repair of exposed reinforcing steel in top surface of existing visitor's stadium precast double tees. 4. Repair of exposed reinforcing in bottom surface of existing visitor's stadium precast double tees. 5. Clean underside of existing visitor's stadium precast double tee seating. 6. Extend guard rail up to 42" high with chain link fencing along perimeter of existing visitors stadium seating. 7. Repair of cracks, spalls, and old delaminating patches on existing home stadium precast beams with epoxy injection & repair mortar. 8. Repair of bolted connections between existing home stadium precast beams and columns. 9. Repoint mortar at four home side stadium existing CMU walls. 10. Demolish and remove one leaning existing CMU wall. 11. Clean, prep, & coat home stadium existing CMU walls. 12. Clean, prep, & coat home stadium exposed steel weld plates (bid alternate)
