The project scope generally consists of constructing a new four-level precast concrete parking garage with a capacity of approximately 344 cars on property south of Madison Street on Green Island Boulevard (currently under construction) in Worcester, MA. The proposed parking garage project is located in a former industrial area that is a designated urban development zone. The Project is composed on multiple bid packages, including civil/site enabling work, foundations, precast concrete, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, etc. The project will be subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws.
