Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Vincennes, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
A more detailed scope if expected to be release on a later date. As of March 15, 2023, this project is in the conceptual phase. Information regarding the design firm and contractor selection has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to fiscal year 2025. INDOT will provide the Real Estate Acquisition Services for these projects, if needed. The letting dates provided in the deliverable section are preliminary dates subject to change. While a change in letting date should be anticipated changes are expected to keep letting within the 2025 fiscal year. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
