Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,855-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Whitehorse is soliciting Tenders for a Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC2 2008 with supplementary conditions and project special provisions, among other modifications) for the Robert Service Campground Building Project to be built in accordance with the Contract Documents, National Building Code, safety standards, City Bylaws and Territorial Regulations. This is an ambitious project with a simple aim: to create a new space for Parks and Recreation to provide services to users and campers at the Campground. The Contract's specifications and drawings among other elements, outline the Scope of the Work in detail; however, the Project will be built on existing park lands owned by the City.
