Site work and paving for a civil project in Berea, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work is divided over three project areas and includes the replacement of approximately 450 linear feet of existing 6-inch sanitary lines with new 8-inch PVC sanitary sewers, the replacement of existing sewer manholes and related appurtenances, and various rehabilitation work including point repairs, clean and televise, CIPP, and manhole rehabilitation. The project also includes approximately 730 linear feet of 6-inch water main, approximately 740 linear feet of storm sewers, and street reconstruction. The OWNERS reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. 1.
