C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected.This tender guarantee will be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. Letter of commitment The TENDERER must attach to his Tender a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services in accordance with the requirements provided for in the part 4.00 of the Contract.
