Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Folly Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is located along the southwest side of West 2nd Street between West Indian Avenue and West Arctic Avenue within the City of Folly Beach. The work involves construction of approximately 1040 LF of new sidewalk, 110 LF of small landscape MSE retaining wall, decorative landscaping and all other appurtenances as shown on the drawings and as specified within the contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be furnished. Checks, regardless of form, will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularities in bidding and to reject all Bids if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be to the low responsive, responsible Bidder. Bidders and interested parties whose direct economic interest would be affected by the award of a contract or failure of award of a contract have the right to protest within 10 days of such in accordance with federal codes 23 CFR and 49 CFR.
