All Bidders performing as either a General Engineering Contractor (A license), General Building Contractor (B license), Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or Plumbing Contractor utilized as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor must be prequalified prior to submitting bids on this project. For purpose of prequalification, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors are Contractors pursuant to Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code inclusive of: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses.
