Reconstruction of an integrated Raw sewage pumping station at Ashbridges Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant, Construction Contract 3. The scope of this contract includes general construction of the complex Integrated Pumping Station buildout including structural, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, and the final commissioning of the new facility. TIMELINE: The Request For Proposals for Pre-selection of Four (4) Stationary Mechanically Cleaned Bar Screen Systems to service the HLI and MTI / LLI flows - Supply and services of equipment and Design Coordination Drawings including equipment data sheets, draft O&M manuals and training submittals, draft FAT / SAT & Commissioning plans. As of July 14, 2021, to negotiate, award, and execute an agreement with Xylem Canada LP ("Xylem") for the purchase of pumping equipment (pumps, motors, drives) for the Integrated Pumping Station Project. As May 2022 the contract with Xylem has not yet been executed but is imminent after extensive negotiation on delivery terms; payment terms including price escalation; limit of liability; disclaimer of consequential damages; indemnity; and contract-based remedies. Contract 3 for general construction of the complex Integrated Pumping Station buildout including structural, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, and the final commissioning of the new facility. This contract is currently in the detailed design phase with tenders expected in 2023 pending capital funding allocation. Stantec Consulting was awarded through a separate Request For Proposals and will provide the Technical Review of Construction Contract 3.
