Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: 0.17 miles of water main replacement on Glick Hwy and Clinton Street between Homecrest and Blackstone Street. Contract also includes 1) street reconstruction on Clinton Street from the west dead-end to Blackstone with concrete curb and gutter replacement and full-depth pavement replacement, 2) non-motorized concrete trail construction with decorative street lighting on Glick Hwy between Homecrest and Blackstone, 3) concrete sidewalk construction on Glick Hwy between Blackstone and Jackson and 4) the removal and restoration of vegetation at the intersection of First Street and Washington Avenue. Project is located in the City of Jackson, Michigan. Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's prequalification requirements prior to bid opening.
