Site work for a road / highway in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Request for bids to provide design, fabrication, and delivery of eighteen (18) complete galvanized steel transmission monopoles with all necessary components and incidentals as shown in the project bid items, bill of materials, and plans. All questions concerning the plans, specifications, or bid documents shall be submitted to the Buyer at tsmith@garlandtx.gov no later than 5:00 pm on the 9th Day of December, 2020. No pre-bidders conference will be held for this project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid response. A Performance and Payment Bond will required upon notification of award. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The City of Garland reserves the right to determine which bid(s) will best meet its requirements. Said determination will be made in the City's best interest and shall therefore be considered final.
