Exterior topcoat application on two (2) hydropneumatic tanks, Blasting and recoating the interiors of two (2) hydropneumatic tanks, Blasting and recoating the interior roofs of two (2) ground storage tanks, potential miscellaneous steel patching as needed. The project consists of blasting and recoating the interiors of Hydropneumatic Tank Nos. 1 and 2, topcoating the exteriors of Hydropneumatic Tank Nos. 1 and 2, and blasting and recoating the interior roof of Ground Storage Tank Nos. 1 and 2. The project site is at the District's water plant, located at a private driveway along Elrod Road, roughly 500 feet south of the intersection of Elrod Road and Morton Ranch Road. The address for the water plant site is 2727 1/2 Elrod Road Katy, Texas 77449. The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open.
