BCEC New Vertical Core - This project includes modifications to existing construction and providing a new Level 0 Lobby Entrance for the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Work covered by Contract Documents: The Project consists of modifications to existing construction and providing new Level 0 Lobby Entrance for the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). Scope includes all related cutting and patching work, and touch-up of finishes affected by the Work of this Contract. 1. The Work includes all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials, supervision necessary and incidental to the Work. Work includes all miscellaneous costs associated with completion of work in accordance with Contract Documents. Without limitation, the Work includes all scheduling with second and third shift work, as required to meet the stringent requirements for Substantial Completion within the stipulated Contract Time, and shall incorporate all considerations for safety, Owner's Event scheduling restrictions, Owner's site access restrictions, public emergency egress requirements, Owner's access requirements for installation of OFI products, and weather conditions. Required overtime, second and third shift work to perform the Work within the stipulated Contract Time are not grounds for any compensation claims to the Contractor or to any subcontractor.
