Renovation of a municipal facility in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 28,2020 this was not a bid submission it was a request for quotes in accordance with MGL. We received a total of two quotes for the project. NRC East Environmental $59,650 Ardent Group $46,381 Massachusetts Development Finance Agency ("MassDevelopment") is seeking a qualified contractor for the installation of a sub-slab depressurization system at 526 -538 Main Street in Worcester, MA. Work to include installation of two active SSD systems beneath a portion of the basement floor. The systems will vent above the building roof level and will include new electrical connections for the SSD system fans and for a remote monitoring telemetry system. Prevailing wage laws apply to this contract. Award of a contract for the work contemplated by the Scope of Work Statement may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment's Board of Directors.
