For the Victory Boulevard Pumping Station Rehabilitation The following is a description of work under this Contract, and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed. Please see the Scope of Services document for a general scope of services for this type of project. The proposed reconstruction of the VBPS includes, but is not limited to: 1. Structural Work: Concrete wet well, valve vault, and equipment bathtub 2. Civil Work: New chain link fence around perimeter of new pump station site limits; driveway; removal of underground structures; clearing and grubbing; grading and replanting 3. Architectural Work: Electrical building 4. Mechanical Work: Piping and valving; connection to existing force main 5. Electrical Work: Portable generator connections; new transformers; relocation of existing site lighting; installation of indoor and outdoor lighting systems 6. Instrumentation and Control: Pump instrumentation and controls 7. HVAC Work: Heating and air conditioning of the electrical building 8. Partial demolition of the existing station For budget and cost estimating purposes, proposers are encouraged to specify and incorporate their wage escalation factor in the Price Proposal. The total proposed contract price will be used in the contract awarded to the successful proposer without any adjustments for the term of the contract. Labor rates should be based on the anticipated contract start date of 3/22/2023
