Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manorhaven, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work involves the resurfacing of Manorhaven Boulevard from Shore Road to Kirkwood Road to extend its service life and provide smooth ridership and comfort to motorists. The scope of work will also include, but not limited to, the installation of benches, lighting, trash receptacles, bus shelters, drainage structures, curbs, sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, driveway aprons, new pavement markings, new traffic signal, traffic loops, and other incidental work. There will be resurfacing, and drainage improvements made to the Village of Manorhaven Municipal Parking Lot. All project work is intended to occur within the Nassau County Right of Way, with the exception of private sidewalks identified to be part of this project.
