Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application. Whereas the Suffolk County Water Authority (Authority) has submitted an application for Water Infrastructure Investment Act (WIIA) funding, the attached specifications pertaining to required Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE requirements are hereby made a part of this contract. Bidders must comply with the terms as described in Contract 7739. Bidders are required to submit the documentation required as per the Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE; failure to submit the documentation will result in rejection of your bid.
