The project consists of all the necessary work required to construct a State Veteran's Nursing Home in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky. The site is a previously undeveloped parcel in Bowling Green's, Kentucky Transpark, located off the I-65 Connector. The parcel is located south east of US HWY 31W along Mizpah Road. The address for the facility is 726 Mizpah Road. The project consists of one community/administration building and two (2) residential "Neighborhood" buildings with connecting structures for a new sixty (60) bed nursing home facility. The construction type is V-A. The occupancy group is I-2 Healthcare. The community building is approximately 29,000 SF, the neighborhood building 47,000 SF for an approximate total of 76,000 gross square feet. An additional Support Building is approximately 2,600 SF. The structures are steel frame on concrete foundations with slab-on-grade floors and light gauge metal and steel bar joist roof structure.
