Requesting qualifications from qualified design professional firms for the architect-led design-build, preparations of contract documents, and construction administration for design and construction of a 15,000 square foot metal building with 8 classrooms, office and storage space along with an auxiliary gym at Providence Hall. The improvements will be located on the site of an auxiliary gym at Providence. The space may also require an additional pull through and parking space. Contact made with any other Providence Hall personnel may be considered grounds for disqualification. A short list of firms may be interviewed. Successful firms are expected to be interviewed if needed by Friday, December 11th.
