Renovation of a municipal facility in Metairie, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bidders must provide proof of valid insurance in the required amounts as stated in the Standard Insurance Requirements for bidding purposes. Failure to provide the proof of valid insurance in all of the required coverage amounts will result in bid rejection. The owners extend this bid to cover all labor, materials and necessary essentials to remove existing units and install new roof top units. Surety Bond-An Electronic Surety Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required with bid submission. Performance Bond -A performance bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract amount will be required. Performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution. Payment Bond- A payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract amount will be required. Payment bond shall be produced upon contract execution. A Pre-Installation Conference shall be held between the successful bidder and the owner before any work commences.
