BP#2 will be bid on July 15th, 2022 *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lane Community College of Eugene, Oregon, is seeking proposals from Oregon Registered Architects/Engineers to provide Architectural and Engineering Services to Develop a New Health Professions Building. This project is on the main campus at 4000 East 30th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon. The work is expected to be assigned to the selected firm in February 2021. The project must be substantially completed by February, 2024, per the State capital construction allocation. It is the intent of the college, as a result of this solicitation, to award the work to one proposer who best qualifies for the performance of the work and whose fees are reasonable, all in the sole judgment of the college. Copies of the Request For Proposals (RFP) may be obtained free of charge. Proposals not received by that time shall not be considered Responsive. All Proposals submitted shall be in sealed envelopes and plainly marked on the outside showing the name of the Proposer and the Proposal number. Lane Community College, a Community College District created within the context of Oregon Revised Statutes, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
