Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of 12/23/2020, project will be awarded in January council meeting. This contract consists of, but not limited to, the resurfacing of streets as identified by this contract. Work may also include the removal and installation of sidewalks, concrete curb ramps, driveway aprons, adjustment of valve boxes and manhole ring and covers, all of which shall be addressed in accordance with the contract documents enclosed herein. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all referenced plans and specifications herein. Sealed proposals and M/WBE Good Faith Efforts must be submitted on the blank forms provided and as specified in the bound copies of the contract documents. This is a bifurcated bid process. The Proposal and M/WBE Good Faith Efforts shall be enclosed in two different sealed envelopes addressed to Mr. John Fersner, Engineering Division, 300 West Washington Street, Greensboro, North Carolina 27401. The outside of each envelope shall be plainly marked with the Project Name; Contract Number; the name, address and license number of the Bidder; and with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" for the Proposal and the other envelope with the M/WBE participation noted as "M/WBE GOOD FAITH EFFORTS" g. City of Greensboro personnel will discuss M/WBE requirements and the Engineer will be available to discuss the Contract and answer pertinent questions. Attendance is strongly encouraged. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to be in the best interest of the City
