Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: o 4,510 L.F. - 14" Sanitary Sewer Force Main, Manhole, and Appurtenances. o Steel Casing Method Crossing the Railroad. o Upgrades to existing Submersible Lift Station No. 1. o New Submersible Lift Station No. 2 and Service Building. o Erosion Control. o Traffic Control. o Asphalt/Concrete Pavement and Landscape Restoration. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The CONTRACTOR'S QUALIFICATION STATEMENT will be issued with the Bid Documents. No bids will be accepted from any bidder who has not submitted the contractor's qualification statement. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Town of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
